Remove Bounces with the Help of better Landing Pages

In the article that I read from KISSmetrics, there were different kinds of guidelines for designers and marketers for how providing an environment so people and customers don't go in different ways, and even if the traffic is high what considerations should be taken to lower the bounces. I don't want to talk about all the guidelines but few that seems to be very easily neglected.
First approach is to design a point of attraction in our 'Headlines'.
Be Ultra specific, meaning that when you are very specific you are more believable.
Do not be smart: being simple is the key sometimes for drawing people's attention, ad our landing pages should not be in anyways confusing:
Deliver and urgent message, in that case customer is urged to see it in a better way, an example is shown below:
As many of us know about people's loss aversive behavior we can somehow command this behavior in our pages, let's take a look at the one below:

Now we can talk about the ways we can improve the ad copy contents.
One important proven fact is that talking to 'you' receives much better attention when using it in the ad. Conversely we should avoid the words 'I' and 'we' since it reduces the sense of trust.
Secondly, Text in the content should be minimized of possible and when not hurting the goal.
Contextually we'd  better focus on the benefits and positive point rather than listing the features of our product or service.
Adding video in the landing page is also very productive and effective in increasing the conversion rate.
