Video ads building confidence

A report from eMarketer, shows that among the retailers the success of apparels in e-commerce has been significant. In this case advertisers have used the video advertising to build confidence in their potential customers. What do we mean by confidence. One of the old concerns of the online buying has been the untouchability of the products. Video advertisers for this retail sector were able to mitigate this fear among their users.
Generalizing this fact to other retail sectors, we see that online video ads helped consumers to build their confidence in the products. 

What comes more is that a very good way to improve the confidence is not only by retailers' ads, but with those generated by consumers as in testimonials and reviews.The following two graphs are  perfect explanation of these facts.
