Columbia MBA Makes Good Soup?
The New York Times reported that Michael Senackerib, Columbia MBA, has been named Chief Marketing Officer of Campbell Soup with the mandate to ramp up the company's digital marketing initiatives. Facing declining sales and rising prices, Campbell needs to broaden its customer base to include more young consumers. "Campbell is committed to reaching those new consumers and [online] is where you reach them," said Senackerib. In his previous CMO role at Hertz, Senackerib's digital efforts won him several ad industry awards. Go Mike....
