I wish, I wish...

After natural disasters strike, we all tend to be more cognizant of what is truly important and the fact that we can actually do without so many things we think are indispensible.  While I was waiting out Hurricane Sandy recently, undistracted by TV and internet and I-whatevers,  I found myself conversing with friends and neighbors in the way I remember doing  before my world became so digitized.  At some point we started to talk about things we wished someone would invent.
Take note entrepreneurs, here is a list of the top 10:
10.        A teleportation machine – so we won’t have to commute or stick around when hurricanes and earthquakes strike
9.          A pill that could be eaten once a week and take care of all your dietary needs – it would eliminate world hunger
8.         A pill that would let you lose as much weight as you want without dieting or exercise or adverse effects
7.          Rewind for radio
6.          An e-mail aging system which would remind you to respond to e-mails
5.          A robot maid to do your bidding (like Rosie in the Jetsons),
4.          A universal cure for every type of cancer
3.          An "undo" button for embarrassing life situations
2.         A residential dry cleaning machine
1.          A way to turn a PDF into a MS word document
